Warranty Offer
An extended, 2-year warranty may be offered to any contracted CJCFHB customer or client, upon written request, for an additional fee. Any extended warranty will be written into existing contract or added to an existing contract and must to be entered into on or before start date of project.
CJCFHB warranty exclusion:
We reserve to right to invalidate any CJC warranty, in the event of a customer or client individually procuring outside subcontractor(s) for labor or services to amend or complete any contracted CJCFHB work-in-progress, and/or any CJCFHB completed project, without the express, written acceptance of said subcontractor(s), by CJCFHB.
